Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
Your standard orders will be shipped within 7 business days at the latest, and your personalized orders will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
We kindly ask you to check the products upon delivery and in case of any damage (crushing, tearing, opening, getting wet, etc.) have a report drawn up by the cargo officer and ensure the return of the damaged products.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If you want to return or exchange the product you purchased, you must notify us of your return and/or exchange request to info@gistkids.club within 7 days of receiving your order.
After you receive the return or exchange confirmation e-mail, send the product with its invoice to the address we will provide you via our contracted cargo company that will deliver the product. During the shipment, please inform the cargo officer that this is a return cargo and send it with cash on delivery. If you send a return or exchange to a cargo company other than the one we work with, the shipping fee will be your responsibility.
Returns and exchanges must be made with the original box or packaging sent to you. Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and in a resalable condition. If the examined product does not meet the conditions stated above, product exchanges will not be made, returns will not be accepted, and the price cannot be refunded.
Product exchange and return are evaluated on the day the package reaches us. If the product return is approved, your refund amount will be refunded to the credit card you used to purchase the product within 10 business days after the product reaches us.
It is not possible to return personalized products such as wallpapers and posters due to the right of withdrawal or similar reasons. However, if there is a damage or manufacturing error in your product, please contact us at Warranty and Returns info@gistkids.club .
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can send an e-mail to info@gistkids.club to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped or if production has not started for special production products; your order will be canceled according to the order cancellation request you specified in the e-mail. If your order has been shipped or production has started, the refund procedure will be applied.
